FURY: “Revolution” from the album Revolution (2022)

Single, Director and Editor

“REVOLUTION is about discovering the power within to change the way you look at the world. Many things repeat in time or come back around. All you can change is who you are when they do.” - FURY

“FURY (Finally Understanding the Real You) is a Chicago-based rapper who has taken her ability to mix lyricism, power, and passion with socially conscious themes to become a force in her community. Her recent work has been focusing on the revitalization of Chicago’s West Side. She is an Austin resident that sees the power music and art have to not only lead a revolution, but provide representation for those that mainstream media has left out.

This year FURY was awarded the 1.5 million dollar Chicago Community Works Grant which will go towards beautifying Austin’s historic Columbus Park. This will help activate one of the largest green spaces on Chicago's West Side.

Her latest project FURY REVOLUTION will document her journey through community work and music. How both are coming together to make an inviting creative scene for Black and Brown people in undeserved communities.” https://www.furyhiphop.com/

Moontype: “Ferry” from the album Bodies of Water (2020)

Single, Director of Photography and Colorist

Margaret McCarthy, singer for Moontype, speaking about “Ferry” (quoted by The FADER): "It's a song about the loss of friendship, not when it breaks apart quickly and devastatingly but when it slowly unravels and you watch it go," McCarthy wrote, in an email to The FADER. "I think about a friend who was about to go on a two-year long tour, and I started to drift away from him months before he actually left - a trick the mind plays to make the break less painful... When those people go away you feel like an empty shell (no snail inside!) and that feeling is enough to make a person say ‘I wanna take the ferry to Michigan! Get me out of this place!’”

Emily Kuhn and Helios: “Roses” and “Catch Me” from the album Sky Stories (2019-2020)

2 Singles, Director of Videography, Editor

Quoted by BACE Records: Kuhn’s “first single, “Roses” was initially inspired by the playful sentiment of Mary Oliver’s poem by the same title. The song is inspired by the idea that a fleeting moment, such as a flower shifting in the wind, is made exquisite by its ephemerality. It features lush string writing, a chorus of background vocals, and interweaving improvisations which builds to an exuberant Brazilian groove. …the gold-toned video intersperses time lapse footage of roses blooming and dying from 1925 and shots of a dramatic sky over Chicago in 2020 with live footage from the recording sessions.”
